After the holiday winning

ATHENS –The winter holidays are over but there still was time for holiday winning for a resident of Caldwell. William D. Morrison won $250,000 after he scratched the Holiday Lucky Times 10 instant game.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Morrison receives a check for $172,500.

He purchased the winning ticket from The Little Dog Deli, 3960 St. Rt. 60 N. in McConnellsville.  The Little Dog Deli receives a $2,500 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
