TOLEDO – A Lucas County resident was “Johnnie on the spot" after playing an Ohio Lottery on-line game. Robert J. Bartley of Oregon won $100,000 for matching all five numbers on the 1-08-10 Rolling Cash 5 game.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Bartley will receive a check for $69,000.
He purchased the winning ticket from Johnny’s on the Spot, 3205 Navarre Avenue in Oregon. He used auto pick. The winning numbers were 4-7-25-28-31. Johnny’s on the Spot receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a winning ticket.
