Can I still mail my tickets to the Game Show P.O. Box?
Yes. Players may enter either by mailing tickets to the Game Show P.O. Box OR by entering their tickets online at www.cashexplosionshow.com for the contestant drawing; however, only tickets entered online will be eligible for the Bonus Drawings. Tickets may only be entered once. If entering your ticket online you MUST keep your ticket. If your ticket is selected, you are required to provide the ticket for verification purposes.

Why haven't I received the e-mail confirming my tickets were placed in the drawing?
These days e-mail providers have lots of tools to get rid of spam and sometimes they interfere with the delivery of legitimate e-mail. Click here for helpful information on how to make sure you receive e-mails from us. (information is on last page)

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click here for help in resetting your password.

How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?
Click on the EDIT MY PROFILE option in the left hand menu bar and make your changes.

I have changed my e-mail address. Can I change it in my registration information?
Yes. Log in using your old e-mail address and password, then click on EDIT MY PROFILE in the top right hand corner.

If I enter my tickets for a drawing and do not win, can I enter them for another drawing?
No. Entries can only be entered once. Duplicate entries (either online or online and through the mail combined) will be disqualified.

Can I enter a drawing more than once?
YES! You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish, however, each entry requires the use of a separate qualifying entry ticket.

How can I see what tickets I have entered?
Each time you submit an entry, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on record. This e-mail will include the ticket numbers that were registered and what drawing they will be in.

How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
Contestant’s names and hometowns are announced on the Cash Explosion® Show and posted on the Cash Explosion Website at cashexplosionshow.com. The week following the show, contestants will be contacted by the Cash Explosion® staff.

How are the Cash Explosion contestants selected?
Internet entries are divided into small, equal groups of entries called virtual bins. Each virtual bin is numbered. The internet entries are combined with the entries received through the mail. A random number generator will determine where each contestant selection is to come from. If a selection comes from the entries received through the mail, a Cash Explosion® representative will reach into the mail bin and select an envelope. If the selection comes from the internet entries, the random number generator will also select an entry.

What are my chances of becoming a contestant?
Your odds of winning will vary, based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing and the total number of entries that you have submitted.

How do I set my computer to receive your e-mails?
To prevent spam, email providers like Google, Yahoo!, and MSN Hotmail have developed spam filters to give you greater control over what e-mails are delivered to you. Unfortunately, these filters can sometimes block e-mails you wish to receive. However, you can easily manage your email preferences to prevent your spam filter from block email messages that are not spam.

When you register to submit on-line entries for second chance drawings, there are two Internet domains that are important for you to ‘safe-list’ in order to ensure receipt of emails from our site. The Second Chance Bonus Zone is the domain that will be sending you an e-mail to confirm your registration. MDI Entertainment, which is the company managing the second chance promotion for the Lottery, will be sending notification e-mails to winners in the drawings. You should add the domain addresses 'secondchancebonuszone.com' and 'mdientertainment.com’ to your 'safe-list', 'white-list', or address book to ensure the emails do not 'bounce off' of any filters in place by your email provider.
