NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION HEARING ON THE MENDMENT
OF AN ON-LINE GAME RULE 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to amend an on-line game rule.  A public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code).  The hearing will be held remotely in response to directives from the Ohio Department of Health and Governor DeWine.  Any person affected by the proposed action may present their comments telephonically or in writing. appear and be heard in person, by the person’s attorney, or both; may present the person’s position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment or revision, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful. The on-line game rule to be amended is 3770:1-9-955, entitled Powerball®.

The rule to be amended has been updated to reflect the most recent update to the Powerball Group Rules, which are incorporated into the rule by reference, and are available on the Lottery webpage.
