JOHN E. DOUGLAS

John E. Douglas has been the announcer of Cash Explosion Double Play since 1989, and he is no stranger to the microphone. He started his career as a radio disc jockey (10 stations in 10 years), which ultimately lead him to Cleveland. But it was the lure of owning his own recording studio that got him into the freelance voice over field where he has had great success. John E, Douglas is now heard on hundreds of radio and television commercials!

John lives in Bay Village, with his wife and children, and when asked about his hobbies, he says, "there’s only one – car collector!" Over the years, his collection has included a ’65 Mustang, a ’47 Ford, ’39 Ford Sedan, '29 Ford Roadster and a '55 Chevy sedan delivery.
