RULES AND REGULATIONS
TO ENTER:
No Purchase Necessary. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Contestants must mail your non-winning Ohio Lottery ticket with their first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone and email address written legibly and mailed in a No. 10 size self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Entries in envelope other than No. 10 size or not in envelope will not be accepted. One ticket per envelope. No limit on number of entries. Winning tickets will not be eligible for a prize.
Alternate Form of Entry: Contestants may also enter by mailing a 3x5 index card with their first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone and email address written legibly and in No. 10 size envelope to above address.
All entries must be received by November 6, 2009 at 5:00pm.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize will be dinner for up to six people at Crop Bistro, two Gourmet section seats to Bobby Flay’s performance at the Fabulous Food Show at 11:00am on Sunday, November 15, 2009, an autographed Bobby Flay cookbook and an Ohio Lottery merchandise pack. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and email. Drawing will be held on November 9th and subject to change. Winner will be responsible for alcohol and gratuity with dinner at Crop Bistro. Dinner at Crop Bistro valued at $400.
Five (5) First Place Prize winners will each receive either:
- Two tickets to Sandra Lee performance on Friday, November 13 at 3:00pm, an autographed Sandra Lee cookbook and OH Lottery merchandise pack
- Two tickets to Guy Fieri performance on Saturday, November 14 at 5:45pm, an autographed Guy Fieri cookbook and OH Lottery merchandise pack
- Two tickets to Bobby Flay performance on Sunday, November 15 at 2:00pm, an autographed Bobby Flay cookbook and OH Lottery merchandise pack
- Two tickets to Tyler Florence performance on Friday, November 13 at 1:00pm, an autographed Tyler Florence cookbook and OH Lottery merchandise pack
- Two tickets to Michael Symon performance on Saturday, November 14 at 4:30pm, an autographed Michael Symon cookbook and OH Lottery merchandise pack
TO QUALIFY:
Must be 18 years or older to enter. I-X Center employees and their immediate families, Ohio Lottery employees and affiliates, Fabulous Food Show co-sponsors administrators, managers and executives directly or indirectly involved in dealings with the event, and any entity involved in the development or implementation of this promotion are ineligible to participate. Promotion is sponsored by the Ohio Lottery Commission, but is not the provider of the prizes associated with this promotion other than the Ohio Lottery Merchandise Packs. The Fabulous Food Show reserves the right to determine eligibility to participate in promotion. By entering, the entrant acknowledges that he/she has given the Fabulous Food Show and the Ohio Lottery Commission permission to display or publicize entrant’s name, city of residence, photograph and or likeness and prize won in future Fabulous Food Show and Ohio Lottery promotional messages. These promotional messages may include, but may not be limited to, all print media, web, broadcast or other advertising. Entrants and winners are subject to the rules and regulations established by the Fabulous Food Show for this promotion.
TO CLAIM PRIZE:
Grand Prize: Winner of the grand prize need not be present for drawing and will be contacted by phone and email provided on entry and/or index card. Failure by any participant to provide legible and complete phone number and email address may deem that entry null and void. Winner of grand prize will claim Bobby Flay tickets at the will call window at the I-X Center box office on Sunday, November 15, 2009. Winner of grand prize will make arrangements with the Fabulous Food Show to pick up autographed cookbook and Ohio Lottery merchandise pack at the event on Sunday, November 15, 2009. Winner will make arrangements with Crop Bistro within sixty (60) days of drawing. Winner will be responsible for alcohol and gratuity with dinner at Crop Bistro. Dinner at Crop Bistro valued at $400. Grand prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
First Prize winner: First Prize winners will pick up tickets at will call window at I-X Center box office the day of their scheduled celebrity chef performance. First Prize winners will be contacted by phone and email by the Fabulous Food Show to arrange pick up of cookbook at the event the day of their scheduled celebrity chef show. Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Ohio Lottery Commission, it Commissioners, Director, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages and/or claims arising from promotions or the Fabulous Food Show’s conduct of any promotions and/or prizes associated with such promotion(s).
