On November 24, Morgan was presented her check during a surprise TPD presentation at Larry's Party Shop in Hillsboro, where she also works.

		Morgan purchased her ticket in April of 2008, at which time she won an instant $1,000 prize. When she made that claim, she was automatically entered into the drawing for the $200,000 top prize. The TPD drawing was held at Ohio Lottery offices November 16, 2009. There were 12 entrants in this TPD drawing.
