Top Prize Drawing Winner

Dayton... Regis and Margaret Fink were speechless when they found out they won the Top Prize Drawing in the Ohio Lottery instant game Win For Life. They received their top prize in the Lottery's Dayton regional office.

"We'll probably take the lump sum payment," said Regis, a retired Air Force Master Sargeant.

After the mandatory witholding of state and federal taxes, the Finks will receive $583,753.

Last July, the $5 instant ticket Regis bought and gave to his wife, Margaret, won $1,000 and automatically put her into the drawing for the top prize, which was held on April 13, 2007.
