The drawing was held in Cleveland on March 3, 2008 with only 17 entrants.In fact, it’s not the first time Bloom has been lucky at an Ohio Lottery game. A former contestant on the Cash Explosion show in 1993, she won a vehicle and $6,500.

		Bloom purchased her $10 Holiday Treasures ticket in Dec. 2007, at which time she won an instant $2,000 prize. When she made that claim, she was automatically entered into the drawing for the $500,000 top prize. “I’m not that lucky,” Bloom said. “I never dreamed I would win!” In fact, it’s not the first time Bloom has been lucky at an Ohio Lottery game.
