YOUNGSTOWN – A resident of Mingo Junction is the latest winner on an Ohio Lottery on-line game. Patricia Giuliani won a top $100,000 prize for saying yes to the KICKER number printed on her 7-17-09 Mega Millions’ ticket.
 
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Giuliani receives $69,000.
 
She purchased the winning ticket from Convenient Food Mart. The winning KICKER number was 3-3-0-1-6-5. Convenient Food Mart at 4332 Sunset Blvd., in Steubenville, received a $1,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
 
Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has raised more than $16 billion to support K-12 education across Ohio. The Lottery’s fiscal year 2009 transfer to the Lottery Profits for Education Fund was $702.3 million.
