Winner claims the other half of Rolling Cash 5 jackpot

COLUMBUS – The holder of the other winning ticket sold in the 3-29-09 Rolling Cash 5 game has come forward to claim the prize.  Lindell L. Bell of Lancaster won half of $120,000 after he matched all five numbers in the drawing.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Bell receives $41,400.

Bell purchased the winning ticket from Greg’s Marathon. He picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 5-6-8-9-14. At 1020 W. Fair Avenue in Lancaster, Greg’s Marathon receives a $500 bonus.

Robert Kozub held the other winning ticket sold in this drawing. A resident of Pleasant City, he picked the numbers also. Kozub purchased the winning ticket from Circle K, 287 Main Street in Byesville. Circle K also received a $500 bonus for selling a winning Rolling Cash 5 ticket.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has raised more than $16 billion to support K-12 education across Ohio. The Lottery’s fiscal year 2008 transfer to the Lottery Profits for Education Fund was $672.2 million.
