ATHENS…A resident of Caldwell is the latest winner of an Ohio Lottery game. Thelma E. Johnson won $10,000 after scratching the instant game, Spicy Hot Cash.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Johnson will receive a check for $6,900.
