CINCINNATI… Leonard L. Rice of Higginsport won $20,000 after scratching Stacks of Cash. Joan A. Boyajian of Cincinnati won $10,000 on Hot 9s. Both filed claims in the regional office yesterday.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Rice receives $13,800.  Boyajian receives $6,900.  

Rice purchased the winning Stacks of Cash from Jubilee Foods, 1015 S. 2nd Street in Ripley. There were 26 prizes of $20,000. Rice is the first win a $20,000. This game began selling 1/11/08. The top prize is $1,000,000; one has been claimed.

Boyajian purchased the winning ticket from Ameristop Food Mart, 927 St. Rt. 28 in Milford. Hot 9’s began selling 6/29/07. Eleven top prizes of $10,000 remain available.
