He’ll never forget a $100,000 yes

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS
Samuel D. Bury of Parma will probably never forget January 11, 2008. That was the day he won a $100,000 top prize just because he said yes to the KICKER number printed on his Ohio Lottery Mega Millions ticket. He filed a claim in the regional office yesterday.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Bury will receive a check for $69,000.

The winning KICKER number was 9-8-3-2-6-1. Bury purchased the ticket from Mack’s Beverage. Mack’s Beverage, at 5358 Ridge Road in Parma, receives a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Saying yes sometimes pays, especially when you say yes to the Ohio Lottery’s KICKER.  Take a chance for education. Odds are, you’ll have fun.
