DAYTON… A resident of Springfield is lucky to win cash. Sandra K. Foster won $25,000 after scratching the instant game Lucky Cash. Foster filed a claim in the Dayton regional office this week.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Foster will receive $17,250.

Foster purchased the winning ticket from Mayberry Mini Mart, 4000 Springfield Xenia Road in Springfield. Lucky Cash cost $2. The game began selling 9/28/07. Twelve top prizes are still available.
