Columbus… Barnard A. Brown took a chance and won $100,000 for saying yes to the January 15 KICKER game. He filed a claim in the regional office on Wednesday.
 
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Brown will receive a check for $69,000.
 
The winning KICKER number was 3-1-2-5-4-1.  Brown purchased the ticket from Milhem Market. Milhem Market at 1562 Watkins Road in Columbus receives a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
