North Canton… A resident of Norton is the winner of a top prize after scratching an Ohio Lottery instant game ticket. Robert A. Braman won $10,000 on the Double Doubler instant game. He filed a claim in the Akron-Canton regional office.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Braman receives a check for $6,900.

He purchased the winning ticket from ACME Fresh Market #6, 3200 Greenwich Road in Norton. Double Doubler began selling June 22, 2007. Eighty top prizes were available for winning; thirty remain unclaimed.
