Cincinnati… A resident of Cincinnati is the winner of a top prize after scratching an Ohio Lottery instant game ticket. Gloria Tscheiner won $10,000 on the Joker’s Wild instant game. She filed a claim in the Cincinnati regional office.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Tscheiner receives a check for $6, 900.

She purchased the winning ticket from Kroger, 5210 St. Rt. 41 in Mason, Ohio. Joker’s Wild began selling December 28. There were 28 top prizes available in the game. Four have been paid.
