LORAIN… A Lorain County resident may be feeling quite fabulous after winning a prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Sandra J. Ursic of Lorain won $15,000 after scratching the Fabulous 5 instant game.  Ursic filed a claim in the Lorain regional office.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Ursic will receive $10,350.
