BROOKLYN HEIGHTS… Two local residents are lucky and merry. Mary Upson of Middleburg Heights got lucky and won $25,000 on the Lucky Cash instant game. Gary M. Orloski of Parma might be a little merry after winning $15,000 on the Merry Money Tripler instant game. Both winners filed claims in the Brooklyn Heights’ regional office.

Upson will receive $17,250 after mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent. Orloski will receive $10,350.

Upson purchased the Lucky Cash instant ticket from Deli Express Food Stores, 7893 W. 130th Street in Cleveland. More top prizes are available for winning.

Orloski purchased the winning ticket from Ridge & Ridgewood Shell, 6630 Ridge Road in Parma. More $15,000 top prizes are available for winning.
