Classic Lotto Game rolled 47 times
CLEVELAND... A resident of Mayfield Heights is the second winner in the Lottery’s Classic Lotto on-line game. Daniel Ju won $9 Million for matching six numbers in the September 22, 2007 Classic Lotto drawing. He filed a claim this morning in the Lottery’s Central office.
Ju used auto lotto. The winning numbers were 7-8-24-28-32-41. He also chose the Cash Option. After mandatory State and Federal tax withholdings, Ju will receive a one-time check worth $3.105 million.
This is the second Classic Lotto jackpot to be won. The winning ticket was purchased at Lyndhurst Beverage, 5343 Mayfield Road in Lyndhurst. Lyndhurst Beverage will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Thomas Mathis of Mansfield was the first winner in the $14.1 Million June 2, 2007 drawing. That game rolled 56 times before Mathis picked the winning numbers. Classic Lotto began selling Sunday, January 21, 2007. The first drawing was held Monday, January 22.
