CLEVELAND… T’was the night before Christmas that a player of an Ohio Lottery game won a top prize. Edward C. Papandrea of Madison won $301,000 for matching all five numbers in the December 24, Rolling Cash 5 drawing. He filed a claim in the Lottery’s Central office in Cleveland.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Papandrea will receive a check for $207,690.

He used auto lotto.  The winning numbers were 8-13-25-30-36. Papandrea purchased the winning ticket from Dabates Madison Market, 6254 Chapel Road in Madison. Dabates receives a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
