$23 Million Claimed in Trust

CLEVELAND…Yesterday the holder of a winning $23 Million Super Lotto Plus™ ticket from the July 28, 2004 drawing came forward to claim their prize in trust, said Ohio Lottery Commission Deputy Director Mardele Cohen. 

Dominic J. Spinazze is the trustee of The Fransher Family Custodial Trust. The winner chose the annuity at the time of purchase but changed to the cash option. The trust will receive $11,500,000 before mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28.5 percent. After taxes, The Fransher Family Custodial Trust will net $8,222,500.

The holder of the ticket chose his or her own numbers. The numbers were 5-14-16-27-33-37. The bonus ball was 17. The winning ticket was purchased at Laskey Jackman BP, 1702 W. Laskey Road in Toledo. Laskey Jackman BP receives a $23,000 agent bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Tonight’s Super Lotto Plus™ jackpot is $4 million. The odds of matching all six Super Lotto Plus
numbers are 1 in 13,983,816.
