OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE AMENDMENT OF
EXISTING OHIO LOTTERY ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to amend two (2) Administrative Code Rules. A public hearing will be conducted on March 30, 2010, at the Frank J. Lausche Building, 615 W. Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, at 11:30 a.m. in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (Chapter 119, Ohio
Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard at the hearing in accordance with Section 119.03(C), Ohio Revised Code.

The Administrative Code Rules to be considered for amendment are 3770:1-8-04 entitled Payment of Prize Awards and 3770:1-9-250 entitled Mega Millions®.

The purpose of the amendments is to update and clarify Lottery terminology, and procedures and practices.
