2nd CHANCE DRAWING, “Game Day Party” promotion Rules

Sponsors
The sponsor of this 2nd chance promotion is the Ohio Lottery. Promotion shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.

How to Enter
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in this promotion.
To enter, drop any Ohio Lottery KENO ticket into the 2nd chance drawing box.
Entrants shall write their full name and phone number on the back of the KENO ticket.
Entrants may enter the drawing as many times as they like but are only eligible to win one (1) prize each Sunday.
Odds of winning this promotion will vary based on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional time frame.
Winner must be present at the time of the drawing and verify their identity with a valid ID.

Drawings
The actual time of the drawing is TBD, but the promotional representatives will announce the times of the drawing(s).
One entry will be selected at a time.
The promotional representative will call out the 1st potential winning entrant's name and award the 1st entrant a prize after the entrant’s identity is verified.
This will be repeated for a total of three (3) winners each hour for three total drawings.
An entrant’s name will be called out up to three times to identify a potential winner.
If the entrant is not identified after the three announcements, the promotional representative will draw another name until a winner is identified. The previous selection will be void.

Prizes
Lottery merchandise and Retailer merchandise

Entries
All entries will be retained by the retailer for a bonus drawing to be held on or around January 2, 2010. At this time entries from each of previous promotional parties will be combined and mixed. Two entries will be drawn, one at a time.
1st entry drawn will win - $50 VISA card
2nd entry drawn will win - $100 VISA card

These winners will be contacted by phone and asked to come in and show proof of ID in order to receive their prize. You can only win one time.
