A location holding a State of Ohio Class D liquor permit provided that the location operates as a bar, restaurant, tavern, entertainment establishment, social, veteran or fraternal organization may be eligible to sell KENO. Final approval to sell KENO is subject to Ohio laws and Ohio Lottery Commission rules and regulations. Can I sell KENO at my convenience store? No. Regardless of the type of Liquor Permit that you may hold, you must operate as a social establishment to be eligible to sell KENO. Do I need to apply for a license so that I may sell KENO? Existing Retailers do NOT need to obtain new background checks, EFT accounts, or to make any changes to their existing bond.
