What is Classic Lotto?
Classic Lotto is a traditional lotto-style game featuring a 6/49 matrix. To win the jackpot players must match the six numbers drawn by the Ohio Lottery during Classic Lotto drawings.

How often Can I Play Classic Lotto
Players can purchase Classic Lotto seven days each week between the hours of 6 a.m. and 1:59 a.m. the following morning.

What is the cost of a Classic Lotto wager?
Wagers for Classic Lotto are $1.00 each, with a maximum of 10 wagers on a single ticket.

How often are Classic Lotto drawings held?
Classic Lotto drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Monday and Wednesday drawings are held at 7:29pm. Saturday drawings will occur during the Make Me Famous, Make Me Rich™ television show, airing between 7:49pm and 7:57pm.

What is the starting jackpot for Classic Lotto?
The jackpot begins at $1 million, and will increase a minimum of $100,000 each time there is no jackpot winner. Jackpot increases are based upon sales.

Can Classic Lotto players make their payment selection at the time they claim their prize?
The Classic Lotto™ jackpot prize award is a 30 year annuity prize, although winners may choose the Cash Option at the time of claiming the winning Classic Lotto™ jackpot prize award.

The Cash Option is valued at fifty percent (50%) of the advertised jackpot prize amount. For example, if the jackpot is $2.5M, the cash option value will be $1.25M. To elect the Cash Option or maintain the annuity prize, the claimant must complete the Cash Option Election Form.  The claimant of the jackpot ticket has sixty (60) days from presentment and claiming of the winning ticket to opt for the Cash Option (via the Election Form choosing the cash option). Once the Cash Option is chosen, the claimant cannot convert the prize award back to a 30 year annuity.

What happens if there is more than one 6 of 6 winning ticket sold in a single drawing?
The jackpot is divided equally among the number of 6 of 6 winning tickets.

Do retailers receive a bonus for selling a jackpot winning Classic Lotto ticket?
Yes. Each agent/retailer selling a winning 6 of 6 Classic Lotto ticket receives a $1,000 selling bonus!
