McArthur - Natalie Graves is a 6th grade teacher at Vinton County Middle School. She teaches math and science. Graves was recently named a Teacher of the Month for the month of November by the Ohio Lottery. She represents the Athens area.

Graves has shown great leadership by becoming a member of the District Leadership Team and the Building Leadership Team. She helps to make the school a better place by her involvement with these committees. She has generated ideas that have been put in place to further the success of students. She uses hands on projects and non-linguistic representations to teach her lessons. She motivates students by setting clear expectations for them and having a smile on her face.

For being recognized as a Teacher of the Month, Graves will receive four tickets to a Blue Jackets’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
