Teacher at Bishop Flaget School is a Teacher of the Month

CHILLICOTHE - Linda Kerr is a physical education teacher at Bishop Flaget School located in Ross County. She was recently named a Teacher of the Month by the Ohio Lottery for the month of January. She represents the Columbus area.

“Linda is the most exciting physical education teacher in the land! Mrs. Kerr makes her students strive to be healthy by being a great role model and also by showing them how much fun it is to be active,” says Principal Laura Corcoran.

She is said to be a team player who works hard on the school’s Health Council. She is always willing to lend a hand to her fellow staff members and to her students. She has been acknowledged as treating her students as if they were her own children.

For being recognized as a Teacher of the Month, Kerr will receive four tickets to a Columbus Blue Jackets’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
