Teacher of The Month is Honored From Goshen High School
Warren... Jennifer Rammel, a 12th grade Government teacher from Goshen High School, is being recognized as The Ohio State Lottery’s Teacher of the Month. Rammel represents the Greater Cincinnati area. Rammel was nominated by her student, Richard Godby.
Rammel is described as an “outstanding teacher”. She leads the high school’s Random Acts of Kindness Club. She spends hours enriching both the community and classroom with the activities that she plans for this club. Godby comments that he looks forward to her class everyday.
Rammel put a Christmas tree up in her room along with ornaments labeled with each student’s name from the class. The students will take the ornaments home as a keepsake. She recently got a microphone for her classroom to increase the students’ interest for learning and listening.
“She makes her class fun and exciting, allowing her students to gain more from their time in the classroom, “ says Godby. Rammel will receive four tickets to a Cincinnati Bengals’ game, a merchandise prize pack, and recognition at the event for being named Teacher of the Month. Rammel will also receive an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Lottery.
The Ohio State Lottery will continue to recognize Academic All Stars and Teachers of the Month throughout the school year. For more information about the program and for nomination forms, go to www.Ohiolottery.com.
