Xenia High School student is recognized by the Ohio Lottery

XENIA - Erika Thorn is a 12th grade student at Xenia High School. She was recently named an Ohio Lottery Academic All Star for the month of September. She represents the Dayton area.

Thorn is described by District Assistant Principal Karol Warden as an outstanding, intelligent and well-rounded student. She participates in Key Club, Tennis Team, Student Council and the Chemistry Club. Thorn is also a member of the National Honor Society. She is thought of highly by her peers as well as the administration.

For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Thorn will receive four tickets to a Cincinnati Bengals’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
