Student from Youngstown is honored as an Academic All Star

Youngstown - India Allie is a student at East High School. She was recently acknowledged by the Ohio Lottery as an Academic All Star for the month of September. She represents the Youngstown area.

“India is a very kind student. She was a leader in her freshman class. She was chosen as a guide to assist 8th graders with the transition to high school . India also performed in the All City Choral Concert,” says teacher Julie Hazy. Allie is described as having a friendly smile.

For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Allie will receive four tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
