7th grader is honored by the Ohio Lottery

CANTON - Kolbi Ross is a 7th grader at Hartford Middle School in Stark County. Ross was recently named an Academic All Star for the month of October by the Ohio Lottery. He represents the Akron/Canton region.

Ross is described as having a “wonderful” mind. He brings his heart and desire to the community to be successful. He is able to work through difficulty without giving up and will persevere until he finds the correct solution to the problem. He works very hard and constantly shows the desire to learn no matter what comes his way. He is able to remain focused in his school and learning.

For being selected as an Academic All Star, Ross will receive four tickets to a Cleveland Browns’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
