Third grader is named Lottery’s Academic All Star
NEW PLYMOUTH - Autumn Adams is a third grader at Central Elementary in McArthur. Autumn is an Academic All Star for the month of October. She represents the Athens region and has the distinction of being the Ohio Lottery’s first Academic All Star from this region. She is described as making her school a better place because of her character.
Adams consistently makes good choices and is a role model for students in the school. She is respectful to adults and enjoys both math and reading. She encourages her peers to listen to their teachers. Adams is described by her school principal, Teresa Snider-Boring, as an “excellent student who always makes great choices”.
For being named an Academic All Star, Adams will receive four tickets to a Columbus Blue Jackets’ game, merchandise from the team, recognition at the event and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Lottery.
