Central Ohio... Ciera Moore is a third grader who is described as having a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Moore is thought of as an enthusiastic learner, a good role model, and a wonderful help in the classroom.

Moore’s teacher, Barbara Tootle, describes the third grader as being willing to help others with encouraging words and a smile. Moore is respected by her teacher as well as her peers.

It is no surprise that Moore is the recipient of The Ohio State Lottery’s October Academic All Star. Moore represents Central Ohio. She will receive four tickets to a Blue Jackets’ game. Moore will also receive a merchandise prize pack as well as recognition at the event.
