“Good morals, good manners, good grades, and a good kid”
The Ohio State Lottery recognizes October’s Academic All Star
SanduskyKay Dick, a staff member at Clyde St. Mary’s, describes Alex Marshall as having “good morals, good manners, good grades” and thinks of him as a “good kid”.
Marshall is noted for his honesty and politeness which sets him apart from other students. He sees a need and without being asked, gets the job done.
Marshall is the treasurer of this fifth grade class. Although he is quiet in nature, he is outstanding in church, school, and community activities. At the early age of 10 he exhibits the importance of family and a good work ethic. He has perfect attendance for two years.
Marshall is involved in the Clyde Flier Pee Wee Football teams and plays basketball as well as Clyde Little League Baseball. He won the Pass, Kick and Punt competition representing Clyde, Ohio at his age level at the District competition in Willard, Ohio.
For being recognized as The Ohio State Lottery’s Academic All Star for the month of October, Marshall will receive four Cavs’ tickets (Nov. 24) and recognition at the event. He will also receive a merchandise prize pack. Marshall represents the North West Ohio region.
