New Lebanon... Tammy Warmbein is a ninth grader at Miami Valley Academies. She recently received The Ohio State Lottery’s Academic All Star Award for November. She represents the Dayton area.

Tammy serves on the Prom Committee; through which she demonstrates school spirit. “Tammy is a dedicated student with excellent attendance and a very outgoing and positive attitude towards both the staff and her peers,” writes Johanna Rettich, Prom Committee Moderator.

Rettich also comments that Tammy follows through on the completion of any task she is asked to do. She plans fundraisers and school activities. She is respected by both students and teachers as honest and dependable.

It is with no surprise, then, that Tammy will receive four tickets to a Dayton Bombers’ game, recognition at the event, and a merchandise prize pack from the team for being named Academic All Star. Tammy will also receive an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Lottery.
