5^th Grader Is Honored By The Ohio Lottery

Euclid, OH--Student Council Representative, Shardae Sears, was recently named an Academic All Star by The Ohio Lottery.  Sears represents the Cleveland area and is a recipient of the award for the month of March.

Sears is a 5^th grader at Roosevelt Elementary. “Her enthusiasm goes beyond a typical 5^th grader.  She is respectful and responsible. Being a top-notch student is her job,” says Laura Hixenbaugh, a teacher at Roosevelt Elementary. 

For being recognized as Academic All Star, Sears will receive tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers’ game, merchandise from the team, recognition at the event, and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise.
