Bishop Flaget Catholic School student equals Academic All Star

CHILLICOTHE - Stacey Lapurga was recently honored by the Ohio Lottery as an Academic All Star for the month of January. She represents the Columbus area. She is an eighth grade student at Bishop Flaget Catholic School located in Ross County.

“Stacey is a wonderful young woman who strives to be the best that she can be. Stacey has good morals and can be counted on as a school leader. She is an honor student who shows great promise and is a great leader,” says Principal Laura Corcoran. Lapurga participates in athletics, school ensemble and Mandarin Chinese class.

For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Lapurga will receive four tickets to a Columbus Blue Jackets’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
