Student is recognized by the Ohio Lottery
XENIA - Jessica Alexander is a 12th grade student at Xenia High School located in Greene County. She was recently recognized as an Ohio Lottery Academic All Star for the month of January. She represents the Dayton area.
Alexander ranks in the top 10% of her class. She is a captain of the girls’ basketball team and was the Greater Western Ohio Player of the Year. She is said to be a coach’s dream player. District Assistant Principal Karol Warden said, “She is a leader among leaders and a wonderful role model for every young woman in Xenia.”
For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Alexander will receive four tickets to a Cincinnati Cyclones’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
