Jackson-Milton Student Recognized as an Academic All Star
LAKE MILTON- -Brianna Vayner, an 11th grader at Jackson-Milton High School, was recently named an Academic All Star by the Ohio Lottery for the month of December. She represents the Youngstown area.
Vayner played an instrumental role in getting the district’s school levy passed after six failed attempts. Principal of Jackson-Milton David Vega says, “Brianna is a very important part of our school’s morale and has done tremendous work in helping to boost pride in our district.” Vayner is described as a very good student academically as well as an active part in the school’s league championship volleyball program (ITCL).
For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Brianna Vayner will receive four tickets to a Cleveland Cavaliers’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
