Cincinnati Student Named an Academic All Star by Ohio Lottery
CINCINNATI - Jessica Jordan is a12th grade student at Winton Woods High School in Hamilton County. She was recently named an Academic All Star for the month of December by the Ohio Lottery. Jordan represents the Cincinnati area.
Jordan is described by her counselor as “outstanding.” She volunteers at a local nursing home, has worked with City Gospel Mission and went with a group to help those affected by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Academically, Jordan is a National Honor Society Member and treasurer of the AAA Honor Society. She is also actively involved in extracurricular activities at Winton Woods High School.
For being recognized as an Academic All Star, Jordan will receive four tickets to a Cincinnati Cyclones’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from the Ohio Lottery.
