Euclid, OH... Jhanae Pearl is a 5th grader at Roosevelt Elementary. Pearl was recently recognized by The Ohio Lottery as April’s Academic All Star. Pearl represents the Cleveland area.

Pearl is described as a “natural leader.” She would like to be a teacher someday. She is enthusiastic, meticulous in her work, and a straight A student. She is helpful to other students as a peer tutor.
Pearl is the producer of the “Bear Country News”, a member of Student Council, and a member of the band and school choir. She is described as a “pleasure to have in class.” She is respectful and well liked by her peers and teachers.

Pearl will receive four tickets to a Gladiators’ game, recognition at the event, merchandise from the team, and an assortment of Partners in Education merchandise from The Ohio Lottery.

The Ohio Lottery will continue to recognize Academic All Stars and Teachers of the Month throughout the school year.
