Plug in wireless sign. The sign needs to stay plugged in to an active power outlet at all times.
To activate, use the manual controls on the unit to set the display to the current jackpot amount or call 1-800-821-9013 ext. 16 and ask Sunshine Electronic Displays service department to resend the satellite signal. The jackpot amount will update within 20 minutes using the call-in method.
These signs will automatically update once the signal is transmitted after each Mega Millions drawing. The signal will be sent approximately 20 minutes after each drawing.
If the sign is unplugged, repeat steps 1 and 2.
If a sign is displaying the wrong jackpot amount, call the 1-800 number and ask the service department to resend the signal.
If there is a mechanical failure, call the 1-800 number for assistance.
