Lottery official Allison Turner staged a surprise presentation at the taping of the Cash Explosion show in Columbus on September 23.

		Perreault purchased her $5 Fabulous 5’s ticket in February of 2007 at Fat Jack’s Pizza in Lima, Ohio. When she made the claim for $1,000, she was entered into the Top Prize Drawing.
