Misty Chura Top Prize Drawing winner of $100,000 Misty's lucky instant game, Ruby Red 7's		Cleveland... Misty Chura is a $100,000 winner in the Ohio Lottery’s Top Prize Drawing for the Ruby Red 7s game. She was presented with an oversized honorary $100,000 check by Lottery Director Michael A. Dolan in Lottery’s Cleveland offices on Wednesday, October 24, 2007. The Lottery lobby was decorated in red, and Chura and her family were greeted by dozens of Lottery employees wearing red to help celebrate the occasion. “Wow, I didn’t expect any of this,” Chura said. “This is awesome.” When Dolan presented Chura with the check, he reached behind him to grab one of the Nestle 100 Grand candy bars decorating the table, he said, “You won $100,000, so congratulations.”

		When she scratched the ticket in September, 2006, Chura won $1,000 instantly and entry into the drawing for the top prize. She was living in Peebles, OH at the time. In the ensuing year, she moved to Altoona, PA. Lottery officials had a difficult time finding her, but she was grateful that they had.
