Lloyd Cain - Top Prize Drawing winner of $100,000 Lloyd's's lucky instant game, Ruby Red 7's		COLUMBUS – Lloyd Cain is 50 years old and, thanks to the Ohio Lottery, is celebrating with twice as much money. Cain is the Lottery’s latest Top Prize Drawing winner. Cain was presented with a $100,000 oversized check at the Lottery’s Columbus regional office.

		The ticket that got Cain into the Top Prize Drawing, an Ohio Lottery $5 Ruby Red 7’s instant ticket, was purchased back in Oct. 2007 at the Whitehall Shell on East Broad St. The ticket revealed that he won an immediate $1,000 and entry into a drawing for the game’s top prize of $100,000. That drawing came last week, and Cain was the winner.
