Fans 18 and over, can register to participate in the promotion by signing up at customer services before each Cincinnati Cyclones home game. Participants are chosen at random from the list.
Fans that scratch the over-sized ticket can win Cyclones and Ohio Lottery merchandise. Additionally, both the participant and “surprise” preselected row in the arena will also win prizes.
