Patrons (18 years or older) will fill out the back of any $2 non-winning Ohio Lottery “Instant” ticket and deposit into an entry box between January 1, 2013 and March 31, 2013. One grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received on April 1, 2013. Winner will receive:
- Dinner table for six (6) at Beulah Park (excluding alcohol), including parking, admission and programs, all day buffet, and souvenir items.
- Race Sponsorship in the Program and a photo in the Winner’s Circle with the winning driver and horse.
- Winner also receives $2 Win bets on every horse in every race – guaranteed winnings for every race! The other three guests in the party each receive a $25 betting voucher.
- Ohio Lottery Gift Pack for six (6) guests. OLC to provide merchandise.

- Additional winners for second and third places will receive betting voucher @ $75 and $25 respectively.
