HOW TO ENTER:
Patrons purchasing any $5 Instant ticket at Scioto Downs between June 1 and July 30, 2012 will fill out the back of a non-winning ticket and deposit it in the Golden Hopper located at the winner’s circle for a chance to win Ohio Lottery and Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack prizes. Contestants must write their full name, address and phone on the entry. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Illegible entries are void. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack and the Ohio Lottery Commission and their respective agents, employees, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, entries. All materials submitted become the property of the Ohio Lottery Commission and Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack (“Sponsors”) and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Three (3) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible $5.00 non-winning instant tickets received. Three (3) separate tickets will be drawn from a hopper with the first drawing for a Dinner for four at Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack (excluding alcohol) including programs. Winner also receives $2.00 win bets on every horse in every race. The winner’s other 3 guest will each receive a $25.00 betting voucher. Ohio Lottery Gift Pack for four. VIP prize package valid through September 2012 and winner must reserve two weeks in advance. Additional winners second place drawing for a $75.00 betting voucher; and the third drawing for a $25.00 betting voucher. The drawing will be held at 7:30 pm on August 4, 2012, with those winners’ names announced and shown on Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack in house TV system. Winners may only win once during this promotion. Winners announced during the promotion will have 15 minutes to claim their winnings. Winners must claim their prize at the Grandstand Guest Services Booth. Vouchers are redeemable at any Scioto Downs teller window (no expiration period). An alternate will be chosen if the winner does not respond after the time allotted. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable. The promotion ends at 8:30 pm on July 30, 2012. The drawing of winners will be announced at 7:00 p.m. on August 4th, 2012.
GENERAL RULES: Employees of Sponsors (Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack and Ohio Lottery), their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter this promotion. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the sponsors and their agencies to use the prize winners name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Further, by accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to hold Sponsors (Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack and Ohio Lottery), their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability for any injury or damage caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By entering this contest all guests agree to be bound by these official rules. This event is conducted solely by Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack.
